-- Cancellation Policy / Poor Weather Cancelation Policy -- - If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your rental, you will receive 100% of the boat rental cost paid online and the cost of any add ons. - If you cancel at least 30 days prior to your rental, you will receive 50% of the boat rental cost paid online and the cost of any add ons. Please note that this is the Owner's cancelation policy and may differ from the cancelation policy of the website. -- LESS THAN 30 DAYS -- Once you have booked your cruise, your deposit is non refundable unless the morning of your cruise date, NOAA reports more than 70% chance of rain or 25 MPH winds. - We Cruise rain or shine however if NOAA.gov reports more than 70% chance of rain, you may cancel and receive a full refund. However, if you still wish to cruise, we will be happy to do so. - If the winds are reported to be over 25 MPH, we may choose to cancel for your safety and you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel for any other reason, the yacht owner may allow you to reschedule your cruise within 6 months or sell your reservation.
